| Job Responsibilities | 1.Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure Customer Delight and Support Giving customer Demos and addressing their concerns about the product.
2. Once the product is released, ensuring full support to the customer at all times. In case of enhancing features etc, ensuring the customer's request is catered to and at the same time ensuring the commercial aspects are also taken care of. Sustain and Build Customer Relationships and Improve Customer Satisfaction. 3.Responsible for setting up and maintaining product show case lab. 4.Match Kalkitech products to fit the various application requirement and build a complete solution around the requirement. 5.Complete application solution includes customization of kalkitech products, adding accessories, lab and field testing, making test reports for proving fitment of solution, marketing and sales collateral for the new solution. 6.Tendering, pre-bid conference, techno commercial evaluation of tenders/bidders and making proposals. Conduct GAP analysis between Kalkitech products and the specification requirements. 7.Training/presentation to the customers on various product and its application areas. 8.Explore new application areas with the available product and increase the product reach. |
