Job ResponsibilitiesKalkitech seeks to hire a Vice President of Sales for Indian Sub Continent based out of Bangalore Reporting to COO/CEO. This position is
Accountable for the development and implementation of the sales plan to achieve and surpass sales and profit objectives for Kalkitech in India.
Leadership and senior expertise to the sales department, and guidance and expertise to senior management in formulating sales plans, objectives, processes and strategies.
Working closely with other key teams in the organization (marketing, consulting/services, research & development, operations, finance, human resources, legal and other constituencies).
Strategy, plan and execution for India sales to achieve numbers
Manage a sales team of 8-10
Focus on power generation, System Integration in T&D and OEM Relationships
Acquire and nurture strategic and key accounts
Coordinate and review tender and proposal submissions
