| Job Responsibilities | 1. Experience in managing TND Projects involving system integration with SCADA/ DCS /PLC / Industrial control systems
Ability to apply advanced technical, engineering, and quality assurance concepts to solve practical business problems 2. Familiarity with contractual terms and experience managing customer-facing contracts. Continuously monitor the development phases and report the deviation from the requirement to the development team. 3. Responsible for releasing the product to market in time & ensuring that there are continuous innovations on the product to ensure that the product is in demand. 4. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure Customer Delight and Support Ability to successfully interface with executive level management. 5. Ability to apply and coach managerial and leadership concepts and techniques (plan, execute, direct, coach, mentor, evaluate and control) 6. Strong decision-making skills,Strong oral and written communications skills *Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills. |
