Kalkitech has been appointed as the SCADA/ DMS
consultant for the State of Kerala under the R-APDRP scheme after winning the
closely competed tender for the same. In addition to being the lowest bidder, Kalkitech
is also T1 – rank given to the bidder with the highest scores for technical
proficiency. The scope of work includes carrying out the As-is study, DPR
preparation, customization of the detailed RFP, assistance to the utility for
the selection of SIA, assisting utility in project management of SCADA/DMS
system and handholding the utility for successful implementation. Three towns
are covered under the present scope of the project.
